The HCC Dance program is dedicated to offering rewarding dance experiences to students of varying levels of interest and ability. Dance majors and non-dance majors are featured in Dance Department productions, including the HCC Dance Student Showcase and the HCC Dance Company Concert.

2026 Howard County Community Dance Festival

The annual Howard County Community Dance Festival brings together dancers ages 11+ to participate in a day full of workshops and master classes with regional dance instructors and choreographers. The day concludes with a 7 p.m. Performance Showcase in Smith Theatre.
