Dr. Shantay R. Grays is appointed provost and executive vice president. Dr. Grays earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grambling State University in Louisiana. She holds a master of public administration degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a doctorate in educational administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Joy Milfort is appointed vice president of campus services and chief financial officer. Milfort is a graduate of American University, where she majored in health promotion and biology. She holds an MBA from Bay Path University.
