HCC’s Horowitz Center continues its 2023-2024 season with many theatre, music, and art gallery offerings this spring. For theatre, audiences can enjoy “Mouse on the Move,” April 11-14, and “Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical,” May 2-5. Music offerings include the HCC Concert series, April 13, 27, and 28, and the HCC student concert, May 5-10. Art gallery exhibits consist of the Howard County Public School System’s (HCPSS) Junior and Senior Exhibitions. Read more!

HCC students are taking center stage at the upcoming Kennedy Center Festival. “We’re honored to be recognized for our theatre work at HCC!” said Bill Gillett, professor of theatre and chair of performing arts. “Bringing our performance of Medea to the KCACTF festival in Pittsburgh, will be a thrilling event for the cast and crew, and their experience at the festival will be an amazing opportunity for students to develop and shine!” Read More!

Please join HCC, along with our partners at the Howard County Center of African American Culture for an inspirational Juneteenth program in HCC’s Smith Theatre on Sunday, June 18 at 7 p.m. This program is FREE and open to the public.
HCC will be closed in observance of the Juneteenth holiday on Monday, June 19, 2023.
