When stress doesn’t get a chance to fully process, it can show up as tension, anxiety, or exhaustion. Somatic Stress Release provides gentle tools to help your body release stress and return to a calmer, more balanced state.
One on one appointments are 30 minutes. Appointments are required and must be made on the day of service.
Open to current HCC students.
