Continuing Professional Education for Home Inspection
Prepare for the Maryland State Home Inspection License. Topics include structural systems; exterior and interior systems; roofing, plumbing, and electrical systems; air conditioning, insulation, and ventilation systems; fireplace heating and solid-burning systems; professional standards for home inspectors; Maryland Minimum Standards of Practice and Maryland Code of Ethics; and inspection report writing. One hundred percent attendance is required to pass the class. Standard refund policy does not apply. Refunds issued up until seven days before course start date.
