Inclusive Learning Programs

Learning Opportunities for Adults with Disabilities
At Howard Community College, adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities find opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed. Our Inclusive Learning Programs provide the tools needed for meaningful participation in the community, while increasing independence, building social connections, and learning valuable skills. For more than two decades, the College Opportunities for Real-life Engagement (CORE) program has helped students grow in confidence while exploring practical topics in a supportive, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
For the 2026–27 school year, HCC is launching new Inclusive Learning Program offerings designed to better support the diverse needs of the students we serve. Registration opens June 16, 2026.
