How To Obtain a Staff or Faculty Access Card
Instructions for Individuals Coming to Campus to Obtain a Staff/Faculty ID
Staff Parking Pass: Hourly/Temp/Part Time Employee Parking Passes expire every August and need to be renewed. Please bring the following information with you to the Department of Public Safety:
- A copy of your current staff ID or New Hire ID Badge Request Form
- A valid photo ID (driver's license, student ID, or other form of picture ID)
- Your vehicle information, including tag number and vehicle description

Please note: IDs are available on a walk-in basis Mon-Friday from 9am-8pm.

- Save the file to your local computer.
- Submit the file using the form below.
Please note: It is understood that if my access card is lost or misplaced, THE FEE FOR A REPLACEMENT ACCESS CARD IS $25. If I lose the access card, I agree to accept responsibility and pay the college $25 for a new card within 30 days. If I fail to pay the college within 30 days, my signature below authorizes payroll to deduct the $25 from my paycheck.
