Seeyew Mo, Keynote Speaker
Seeyew Mo is the Senior Advisor for Cyber Maryland where he leads the state's cyber workforce development. He also serves as the Director of Training for DEF CON. He previously served as the Assistant National Cyber Director for Cyber Workforce, Training and Education at the Office of National Cyber Director (ONCD). In that role, Seeyew led and coordinated the implementation of the White House’s National Cyber Workforce and Education Strategy. He believes in taking a holistic view — doctrine, people, and technology — to advance cyber workforce development and digital safety awareness. Seeyew is an expert at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology, and national security with 18 years of experience spanning tech development, policymaking, and political campaigning.

Armin Najafabadi, Closing Speaker
Armin Najafabadi is a Security Research Engineer at Cisco specializing in cybersecurity certification, Common Criteria and vulnerability assessment. His career has taken him from IT support and infrastructure to research and development and, ultimately, security evaluation and compliance. With experience spanning hands-on IT and security assurance, Armin brings a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities in cybersecurity.
Armin is a graduate of Howard Community College.
