Discover how DNA is used to study dog ancestry, health, and traits. Learn how the Dog Genome Project advances understanding of inherited conditions in both dogs and humans. Explore applications including veterinary care, responsible breeding, and medical advances. Examine the science behind direct-to-consumer dog DNA tests such as Embark and Wisdom Panel.
